Required Annual Disclosures

All School of Medicine faculty and all staff and trainees who are involved in extramurally funded research are required to submit annual disclosures of outside relationships. eDisclose is an electronic portal used for the submission and review of these disclosures and the submission of any required conflict of interest exemption requests. Access eDisclose here.

All new faculty and research staff and trainees should submit their initial disclosure within 30 days of hire and/or involvement in research. eDisclose will prompt disclosers via email to submit follow-up annual disclosures one year after the initial disclosure was submitted. In addition to annual disclosures, any new outside relationships should be submitted as an update within 30 days.
