The former Target store at Mondawmin Mall has been reimagined as The Village at Mondawmin, a mission‑driven redevelopment bringing new community resources and services to the neighborhood. TouchPoint Baltimore is located in Suite P inside The Village at Mondawmin.

Public Transportation
Both the Metro SubwayLink and multiple MTA local bus routes serve Mondawmin Mall, providing convenient public transit access to TouchPoint Baltimore, located inside The Village at Mondawmin. Contact the Maryland Department of Transportation for specific locations and route times.
Directions by Car
GPS may not always lead you to the correct entrance. For the smoothest arrival:
- Set your GPS to TGI Fridays – 2435 Liberty Heights Avenue.
- This route will bring you to the lot between the mall and TGI Fridays.
- Park in the lot directly across from TGI Fridays, in front of the new brick/glass building.
- Enter through The Village at Mondawmin East Entrance.
- Inside, walk straight down the hallway to the large TouchPoint sign and buzz the intercom to enter.
Parking is FREE.
