I am medical director of the Stroke Rehabilitation Unit at University of Maryland Rehabilitation and Orthopedic Institute. The Stroke Rehabilitation Unit admits over 500 patients per year. My primary clinical interest is stroke rehabilitation, particularly aphasia and gait disorders. I am also involved in quality improvement management in rehabilitation.
