Dr. Falck attended George Washington University where she earned a Bachelor of Science and Doctor of Medicine. She joined the University of Texas Pediatric Residency Program, where she was honored with the Outstanding Resident award. Dr. Falck stayed on at the University of Texas to complete her fellowship training in Neonatology. In 2004, Dr. Falck joined the faculty at the University of Maryland Medical Center and became the Director of Neonatal-Perinatal Fellowship Program in 2009.
