Personal Safety

As a campus in an urban setting, we are very aware of and proactive in addressing student safety issues. We have a well staffed and professional University Police force which offers a variety of services to our campus. Their website outlines these services, lists important phone numbers to use in case of emergency, and provides updates on safety alerts on and around campus. Our students should exercise good judgment as they travel on and around campus and muster the patience to wait a few moments for a ride, escort or buddy.
