Workshop registration is now open. To register, please complete this registration form.
Space for this workshop is limited and a waitlist will be created once registration is full.
Through a partnership between the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine, Carnegie Institution, and Weill Cornell University, the 2022 Practical Genomics will be held virtually over four days split between two weeks. It will be an intensive hands-on learning experience teaching participants how to analyze single-cell RNA sequencing data using publicly available tools, such as R and Bioconductor. Students will learn basic R programming, clustering, how to make plots, marker detection, annotation, and trajectory analysis while also focusing on experimental design, statistics and participate in breakout sessions.
Each day will begin at 9AM and conclude at 5PM using virtual tools.
Faculty and Staff: $400
