Oct. 30th-31st and Nov. 6-7th, 2023

12th Annual Genomics Workshop

Workshop registration is now open. To register, please complete this application form

Due to limited availability, we are only able to accept applications for the workshop. If your application is approved, you will be notified via email with instructions on how to complete your registration. NOTE: a laptop is REQUIRED to participate in this course.

Through a partnership between the Johns Hopkins University and Weill Cornell University, the 2023 Practical Genomics will be held in-person and virtually over four days split between two weeks. It will be an intensive hands-on learning experience teaching participants how to analyze single-cell RNA sequencing data using publicly available tools, such as R/RStudio and Bioconductor. Participants will learn basic R programming, clustering, how to make plots, marker detection, annotation, and trajectory analysis while also focusing on experimental design.

Each day will begin at 9:00 AM ET and conclude at 5:00 PM ET.

Cost
Faculty and Staff: $550
Students and Postdocs: $350
