"Strategic You" is the second part of our CEO of Me, Inc series by Rajshree Agarwal PhD, the Rudolph Lamone Chair and Professor in Strategy and Entrepreneurship and Director, The Ed Snider Center for Enterprise and Markets at the Robert H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland.
This talk on personal leadership follows-up on the concepts discussed in our July session Developing Your Personal Brand: Rising and Thriving as a Woman Leader, which provides strategic frameworks to help you foster you--an enterprising, purposeful individual with limitless potential.
We explored how you can leverage your core skills and capabilities to effectively work with others and create productive and innovative solutions to problems in the world that you care deeply about.
A key framework is the strategic initiatives matrix--identifying your strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats, and crafting strategies that enable you to achieve your purpose and deliver on your value proposition.
