Prematriculation Summer Program (PSP)

Invitations to the Prematriculation Summer Program (PSP) will be provided to select students. The students will attend classes on campus for three weeks in the summer prior to the start of the school year. During the three weeks, students will have the opportunity to attend lectures, labs and small group experiences modeled after their first two courses. Students will take a variety of exams and be provided with feedback. Students will learn about effective studying techniques from current students, faculty, and staff. Students will be able to try new study strategies in a low stakes, learning environment. Students will receive mentorship from students in the Medical School, make connections with faculty and staff, and provide support to each other. Students will also become familiar with the campus and community through extracurricular opportunities.
