Faculty Concerns

Graphic of people unitedAcademic Medicine is a complex, competitive work environment that can lead to situations that test the boundaries of professionalism. While we pride ourselves on the highest standards of professional behavior our faculty demonstrate, we understand the importance of having mechanisms to manage concerns about unprofessional behavior.

OFAPD has a variety of ways for anyone to report concerns about unprofessional behavior in any SOM faculty. These matters are handled as confidentially as possible, and addressed in a manner that is fair, balanced, and respectful.
