CARTI Counselors
CARTI Counselors will serve as gatekeepers and primary points-of-contact for faculty who seek information about programs and services available for research career training. All new faculty will meet with a CARTI Counselor as part of new faculty orientation and intake to discuss goals. CARTI Counselors will also assist faculty in creating individual development plans and will regularly check in with faculty to ensure that personal goals and milestones are being met.
