Biosketch

Dr. Randy Chang is a Clinical Assistant Professor and Licensed Psychologist at the Care Clinic, within the Division of Child Protection, Department of Pediatrics, at the University of Maryland School of Medicine. Dr. Chang provides consultation, assessment, and psychotherapy services to children and families affected by child maltreatment and exposure to domestic violence. He also helps train student externs who have an interest in working therapeutically with children and families.

Dr. Chang earned a Bachelor's of Arts in Cognitive Science at University of California Berkeley in 1999. He later attended Pacific University, where he earned a Masters in Science in Clinical Psychology (in 2005) and a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology (in 2008). Dr. Chang's clinical practice and training has included sites in Oregon, California, Georgia, and Maryland.
