Evaluation & Assessment
The Office of Medical Education is the central point for assessment and evaluation activities for the School of Medicine curriculum. These activities include:
- Design and implementation of assessment tools to regularly evaluate the medical school curriculum, including student feedback on courses and clerkships.
- Implementation of course and clinical rotation reviews, providing data for ongoing quality improvement initiatives.
- Development and evaluation of Standardized Patient examinations conducted through the Clinical Education Lab (CEEL).
- Management of the web based E Value assessment system used for student, faculty and site evaluations.
