Research Interests
Clinical research into the genetics, pathophysiology and prevention of obesity and diabetes. My investigative approaches include insulin clamps, indirect calorimetry, body composition analyses, microdialysis, intraneural recordings of sympathetic nervous system activity, genetics, genomics and measurements of physical activity.
