Peter W. F. Wilson, MD is Professor of Medicine in the Division of Cardiology at Emory University School of Medicine and Professor of Public Health (Global Health, Epidemiology) in the Rollins School of Public Health at Emory University, where he is Director of Epidemiology and Genomic Medicine at the Atlanta VA Medical Center. His research focuses on metabolic and cardiovascular disease in populations. He is an author or coauthor of more than 450 scientific articles and four books.
